What a great hardworking team. I wanted a metal roof and siding on my rental home. I wanted to never have to paint the home again. Raphael listened to my ideas and shared ideas from his experience. He and his brother Juan and team are professional, and so very NICE. Every question answered, changes made without hesitation. Site was left spotless upon completion of the job. We had a very positive experience having our roof replaced. The house was built in 1890 and is 3 stories tall making it difficult to access. We chose to have a metal roof installed with insulation underneath. The work was done efficiently and safely. We are very satisfied with the performance of our new roof.
I can't imagine a better experience than working with Arrow. We had a pretty difficult job with an old metal roof that was leaking in places and also had to deal with bats, dry rot and a carpenter ant nest. Rafael took care of all the issues in stride which included removing the old dry rot wood and new roof framing and even some finish work on the ceiling. It all looks great and no more leaks. We couldn't be happier with the result and with Arrow!
Great team of guys! They installed my roof a few years back and did an excellent job. When winter started this last season I noticed a small drip of water coming from around a bathroom vent. It turns out it wasn't from the roof but they addressed it anyway under warranty. They also noticed a few minor issues that they made sure to take care of as well.
I had a situation where one of my roof heat tapes was not working. Rafael and his team came out the same day and split the heat tape. His electrician fixed the circuit that was not wired correctly when the house was built and installed a dedicated circuit to prevent any future problems. I would recommend Arrow Renovations to anyone.
